Founded in 1999 the annual Big Wheel Blues Festival is the result of the enthusiasm of music fans and Blues lovers, the tolerance and support of people of the Village of Laxey and the talent, energy and hard work of the musicians who come to play.

But it is the sponsors and businesses of the Isle of Man that provide the financial support without which the Festival could never have thrived in the way that it has. We acknowledge and thank them...unreservedly.
