THANKS TO ALL OUR SPONSORS

Founded in 1999 the annual Bushy's Big Wheel Blues Fest is the result of the enthusiasm of music fans and Blues lovers, the tolerance and support of people of the Village of Laxey and the talent, energy and hard work of the musicians who come to play.

But it is the sponsors and businesses of the Isle of Man that provide the financial support without which the Festival could never have thrived in the way that it has. We acknowledge and thank them...unreservedly.

BUSHY'S BREWERY
Bushy's Brewery has also supported the Festival from the beginning. Martin Brunschweilers continuing enthusiasm and support for local events and the festival in particular has helped us immeasurably. We are very grateful.

CHARTERHOUSE GROUP INTERNATIONAL
The financial sector of business on the Isle of Man has grown in leaps and bounds over the last 20 years and is largely responsible for the renaissance in the Island's economic life.

Charterhouse International Group are at the forefront of this re-birth. Their involvement with the Festival since 2002 has been wholehearted and generous and we are very grateful for their enthusiasm, encouragement and interest.

ISLAND AGGREGATES
Island Aggregates is the island's leading supplier of all grades of Ready Mix Concrete as well as other building products and part of a global group of companies heading this business sector. Their contribution to the Festival is something which we are very proud to acknowledge. Many thanks to them.

THE SHORE HOTEL AND BOSUN'S BREWERY
Paul and Jill at The Shore have been supporting the Festival since the last century when it began, all those years ago...1999 in fact. From a small PA set up in the corner of the car park on Saturday afternoon to the weekend-long event that it has become in a massive Marquee filling the entire car park - home to the "Acoustic Stage". Eclectic stage is probably nearer the mark now but without The Shore and the financial input from Paul and Jill the Acoustic Stage could never have grown exponentially in the way that it has.

THE QUEENS HOTEL LAXEY
The Queens Hotel quickly established itself as an important new, free venue and is now very much a mainstay of the Festival. We appreciate the support and enthusiasm that Jimmie and his team bring to the festival.

THE RIVERSIDE RESTAURANT & MUSIC ROOM PAVILION - LAXEY GLEN
Mathew Hamilton's Riverside Music Room Pavilion is the venue for the Main Stage. Next door to the Riverside Restaurant they are idyllically located in Laxey Glen Gardens.

Available throughout the year for all kinds of functions the Music room is a perfect setting for your wedding reception, special birthday or corporate event. Check out the website for all the details - click on the logo to the left.

The BRIDGE INN, LAXEY
Part of the festival since the beginning Derek Black-Kay's involvement with the festival has been both geographically and logistically central. Bands have stayed at the Bridge, eaten at the Mines and performed at both. Thanks Derek.

A3 ISLAND MARQUEES LIMITED
Suppliers of an essential bits of kit to the festival since 2001, A3 Island Marquees recognise the work we do raising money for very good causes. Thanks Candy.

DOMICILIUM
Domicilium provide support for all Internet Services for the festival including managing the Domain Name Services and Hosting the Website. Its a very valuable service for which we are extremely grateful.

PDMS
PDMS, which stands for Professional Data Management Services, was established in 1993 to provide IT consultancy and data management expertise and is now based around the development and support of web oriented enterprises and they been trmendously helpful in setting up our on-line ticket purchasing system - we couldn't have done it without them.

MANNTAX of Laxey
Manntax of Laxey Tax advisers and practitioners support the festival. Many thanks.
