Henri Herbert and Colin Staples

Henri Herbert: Over the past three years Henri has amassed a very impressive cv, having shared the stage with, among others, Dr Feelgood, Stan Webb, the Ian Siegal Band, Ten Years After (minus Alvin Lee!), Neville Dickie, Ainsley Lister and Glen Tilbrook.. He also performs in a duo with singer and harmonica player Colin Staples and can also occasionally be seen performing with the Cadillac Kings. He has produced one solo CD entitled Boogie Woogie , and one CD with Colin Staples entitled Something Boogie, Something Blue . He is currently working on a second solo CD. "Never mind warm up, red hot would better describe the scintillating keyboard skills of this young player" - Dave Kingsbury, the Running Horse.

Colin Staples: Affectionately known as the ‘Grandfather of the blues' in the Nottingham area Colin has run the Running Horse Blues club and organised blues sessions in the area for over 25 years and in the process has nurtured a huge range of talent including Ian Siegal and now Henri Herbert. A great character and great entertainer.
