E-Tickets for Festival 2005
17th March 2005
The 2005 Festival will have On-Line ticket purchasing for the very first time
courtesy of the Festival's every obliging and supportive Internet Service
Providers,
Domicilium
and developed in partnership with
PDMS Software Developers
. Clearly security with on-line credit card purchasing is of great importance
to consumers and Fest-goers can be assured that security is paramount with the
Fest ticket purchasing system.
Tickets will be electronic, or e-tickets, just like the airlines and you only
need to show who you are when you turn up for the gigs to gain admittance. No
actual tickets will be required.
The system is being tested and re-tested right now and it is hoped that
the service will be launched before Easter - next week.
