In June Mr Riff will release a DVD featuring a lot of stuff from last year. It's called The Boogie Man. It's an introduction to Mr Riff and has movies and audio from his major shows of last year.

One of the best movies on it is from the 2005 Big Wheel Blues Festival and features many of the familiar Laxey landmarks, including the Big Laxey Wheel, several of the stages, the village and of course the Acoustic Stage at The Shore Hotel. It is a very good reminder, as if we needed it, of the success of the event, the size of the crowds and their good nature.

All the movies will be downloadable in compressed format, free , from www.mrriff.com. Mr Riff is confident that people will still want the DVD as it is in big screen format and is likely to cost no more than £6.00.

Other movies on the DVD are TT week, Orkney Blues fest, and Manx Band Aid and very well worth a look.
