Saturday Afternoon at the Pavilion Ballroom was a great success - Anna Goldsmith and her band got things started and played a great set of original songs and funky soul covers - a really tight band with beautiful harmonies. (We await an image or two...)



Walter Ego followed and rushed through their set as time was running short.

Stone Creation took to the stage. These four young lads from St. Ninian's High School were superb and went down a storm with the now large crowd - two great guitarists, a solid rhythm section and Dave with his incredibly mature voice - sound familiar? But they are not 'another Backdoor Slam', they have their own sound and are another sign that the Blues are alive and kicking in the Isle of Man.

Wicked Grin followed and had a great time - and a great honour when John Hammond joined us on stage for a version of Tom Waits' '2-19'.



One thing about all of our guests this weekend is what a nice bunch a people they are - everyone had a really fun weekend, audience, guests and organisers.
