B.B. King at 80
30th August 2005
BB King whose guitar style and sound perhaps defines the modern era of the
Blues is 80
on September 16th next. He is celebrating in style with a 3 months tour
throughout the US on his BB King Festival of the Blues Shows.

There is also a new CD of duets with some of the greatest performing artistes
of our
time due out on the 13th September. Featured on the studio album which
is entitiled
B.B. King & Friends
(Geffen/UMe) are some of today's biggest stars from
Eric Clapton, Elton John, Sheryl Crow, John Mayer
, and
Gloria Estefan
to
